The Leaderboardā¢ is an online global ranking system based on your individual skill level by tracking your Marks Per Round (MPR) or Points Per Dart (PPD). You can test your skills and get ranked by seeing your name or nickname displayed on all Spider Series dart games and on the mobile app. When you register your dart game you will receive The Leaderboardā¢ for the first 3 months for free, $1.99 per month thereafter. Test your skills by playing the built-in computer known as Mark Dartā¢. Mark has the ability to adjust to your style of play or teach you to be a better dart player by watching how he plays the game. Refund and shipping Policy
Returns on returnable purchases must be made withinĀ 7 businessĀ days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping on all returned items.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for all returned items.
Items must be new and not used in original box.Ā If the goods cannot be sold in new condition a refund cannot be issued.
Item must be shipped back in original packaging and package properly to prevent damage. If not, additional charges may apply.
To request the return of a returnable item, e-mail a copy of your online receipt with a reason of return toĀ sales@gamesroomhq.com.Ā An RMA-# will be given and a ship back address.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

USPS is typically used on purchased items weighing less than 20 lbs.
UPS is typically used on purchased items weighing more than 20 lbs.
LTL Freight Shipments: Shipping is offered for dartboards which will be shipped via less than truckload shipping (LTL) via common carrier. Freight line shipping companies WILL NOT go onto customerās private property or driveway for legal reasons, curbside delivery only. Liftgate service may not be available on all occasions and locations and may not work in certain circumstances. All customers need to be prepared to receive a large box. All shipments must be unloaded by the Customer. This is not the responsibility of the trucking company, drivers do not have to help unload and if they do, they will charge a fee for their assistance. The shipping company WILL NOT go onto the property or driveway for legal reasons, curbside delivery only. The shipping company will call for a delivery time approximately 1 to 3 business days before delivery. Not receiving your shipment when the shipping company calls may result in storage charges. In the event customer is unable to accept the shipment in a timely manner, all storage fees are the customerās responsibility.
Additional charges will apply on all orders requesting or requiring expedited shipping.
In-stock products will ship from the warehouse in approximately 1 to 3 business days, from date order received. Allow 2-5 additional business days for delivery depending upon location.
CUSTOMER MUST check for damaged or missing items upon receipt and before signing the delivery ticket, and must report any missing and/or damaged items before the shipper leaves. Report items on the Bill of Lading and then email toĀ sales@gamesroomhq.com
If the customer does not note damages or missing items on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, then the customer must file a damage claim āConcealed Damagesā form with the shipping company and be reimbursed by the same. This claim must be made within 72 hours of receiving shipment.
